The turtle is the only one of the four you could actually meet — and that is the point. It is the sacred creature made of ordinary, unglamorous endurance. In East Asian myth the turtle is what you trust to carry something for a very long time: it holds the world up, it outlives the dynasties built on top of it, and it has never once needed to hurry.
The reverse sets a gold ingot on the crest of the waves — wealth the sea does not take back, because the turtle is underneath it. Sixty-eight kilometres in thirty-nine days will not feel dramatic on any single day, and the thirty-nine is chosen: the lesser of the two lucky numbers for wealth, the quiet one. Six weeks later it will be the reason the number moved.
Two faces
Finished on both sides. Neither face is a stamp of the other.
Its own ribbon
Every guardian is given a ribbon dyed to the enamel it carries — pine green for the turtle. This is the exact weave, at full width.

Can I get a refund?
Within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not activated the challenge in the app. Once you start tracking, the entry is in use.
Do I need to run these in order?
No. Each challenge stands alone. The numbering marks its place in the collection, not a prerequisite.
