Common questions about virtual challenges
Do I need to run, or can I walk?
You can walk, run, hike, or use a treadmill - any distance-based cardio activity counts! Our challenges are designed to be inclusive and flexible to your fitness level and preferences.
Can I split the distance over multiple days?
Absolutely. The window depends on the challenge — 7 days for Loki, 88 for Dragon — and the distance can be covered any way inside it. Break it up however works for your schedule - run 1km a day, 5km on weekends, or complete it all at once.
What apps can I use to track my progress?
Use the X Challenge app to track your progress with built-in GPS tracking. You can also manually log your activities by entering distances directly in the app.
When will I receive my medal?
Once you complete your challenge, your medal ships to your US doorstep within 5-10 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
What if I don't finish in time?
Life happens. Write to us if you need longer and we can push your deadline out — there is no charge for it.
